Our production system is organized strictly in accordance with GMP veterinary production system. All the raw materials used is pharmaceutical grade products while all auxiliary materials is food-grade, which ensures the quality from the source.
No advanced equipments, no technology progress. In order to achieve a real preparation process, Shenzhou Veterinary Medicine Company has made tremendous efforts. The company has a large spray congealing system, large centrifugal spray drying equipment systems of preparation, continuous micro-particle systems, automated coating systems with a total production capacity of 500 tons per month. Most facilities have achieved a basic level of automation.
The company built a fully automated stainless probiotics fermentation system of 500 cubic. Professional production is conducted by multi-stage fermentation process which is preparation of bacteria – the first fermentation – the second fermentation – the third fermentation - membrane filtration - liquid spray dry - product testing.
Every aspect of our quality control should be carried out without interruption in 24 hours to ensure that we produce standardization requirements.
